Iko Design Studio has been Marco Polo Network's design partner since 2019. We have been with them on their journey to build the future of trade finance with products aimed at everyone from large institutional banks to SMEs looking for finance. Throughout our engagement, we have provided the full breadth of design services such as conducting UX research and testing to building complex high-fidelity prototypes and flows. Recently our focus has been on their product "Supplier Pay", which will help suppliers get paid early on their invoices to unlock cashflow to fulfil orders.

The Supplier Pay project has multiple personas to cater for, from large banks to mom & pop SMEs and everything in between. The goal was to make this product intuitive and easy to use, removing any of the complexity of the transactions that might be occurring underneath the UI.
The end product provides a B2C experience in a world so used to heavy enterprise software. We continue to work with Marco Polo Network to help design for the onboarding of thousands of network participants.
